Important Safety Notice. Personal Protective Equipment is a critical safety tool. Misuse, improper selection, or failure to follow instructions may result in serious injury or death. Read all documentation before use.

1. Scope

This disclaimer applies to all PPE products designed, manufactured, distributed, or sold by SOSEGA SOLUTIONS CORP, including but not limited to gloves, helmets, eye protection, hearing protection, respiratory protection, high-visibility apparel, and fall protection equipment.

2. Proper Selection

PPE must be selected based on a thorough hazard assessment conducted by a qualified safety professional or employer. SOSEGA provides product specifications to assist in selection; however, the final determination of product suitability for any specific hazard, environment, or application is the sole responsibility of the user and/or employer.

3. Proper Fit & Use

Always follow the manufacturer's instructions for fitting, adjustment, and use
Ill-fitting PPE may significantly reduce protection levels
PPE should be inspected before each use for wear, damage, or degradation
Never use PPE that shows signs of damage, contamination, or deformation

4. Limitations of Protection

No PPE product provides absolute protection against all hazards or under all conditions. Protection levels are based on specific test standards and laboratory conditions. Real-world performance may vary depending on the nature and severity of hazards, environmental conditions, maintenance, and compliance with usage instructions. PPE is a last line of defense and should be used as part of a complete safety program following the hierarchy of hazard controls.

5. Training Requirement

Employers are responsible for providing adequate training to workers on the proper use, maintenance, and limitations of all PPE in accordance with OSHA standards and applicable regulations. SOSEGA recommends that all PPE users receive hands-on training prior to use in hazardous environments.

6. Maintenance & Replacement

PPE has a defined service life. Continued use beyond recommended service intervals may compromise protection. Always follow the manufacturer's replacement schedule. Contaminated, chemically exposed, or structurally compromised PPE must be taken out of service immediately.

7. Compliance Standards

SOSEGA products are designed to comply with applicable U.S. and international standards, including OSHA, ANSI, ASTM, NIOSH, and EN/ISO standards as noted in individual product documentation. 8. Disclaimer of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOSEGA SOLUTIONS CORP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER LOSS ARISING FROM: (A) IMPROPER SELECTION, USE, OR MAINTENANCE OF PPE PRODUCTS; (B) MODIFICATION OF PRODUCTS BY THE USER; (C) USE OF PRODUCTS BEYOND THEIR RATED CAPACITY OR SERVICE LIFE; OR (D) FAILURE TO FOLLOW PROVIDED INSTRUCTIONS AND SAFETY GUIDELINES.

9. Reporting Safety Concerns

If you identify a product defect, safety concern, or unexpected failure, stop use immediately and contact us at info@sosega-usa.com. Include the product name, lot number, and a description of the issue. SOSEGA takes all safety reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
